shipping – Soyful Aromas


Orders are processed within 5 – 7 business days (excluding weekends, Federal, Local, and or State Holidays).  All items ship from Northern California.  We are currently only offering Domestic shipping.  We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00.  Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.  In the event of damage during shipping, please contact us at within three (3) days of receiving your purchase.


During warmer months, we only ship Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays) to prevent items from sitting in hot shipping trucks.  Therefore shipping times may be affected.  


Due to COVID-19, shipping transit times may take between 5 -10 business days after your order has been processed.


Please check that the shipping address is correct.  Soyful Aromas will not be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect shipping address.  All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will require a new shipping label. Only if the package is returned to us, will we contact you to inquire about reshipping your order. If you want your order reshipped, we will send an invoice for the cost of shipping. If we are unable to receive a response from you in 3 business days, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, less the original amount you paid for shipping. For items that are Farewell Sale, you will receive store credit valid for the term of one (1) year.

If you submit a request to update a shipping address after you have placed an order, we cannot guarantee your shipping address will be updated before your order ships. If your package has already left our care, we suggest that you contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) to try and intercept the package. 

Soyful Aromas is not responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment due to an incorrect address.
