RETURNS

We want you to light up and jump for joy when you receive your Soyful Aromas purchase. But if for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at info@soyfularomas.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or exchange.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must return the item in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery.  We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost on their way back to us, so please consider getting a tracking number for your return item(s).  Products must be unused and fully intact, so please package your return with care.  

Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All orders are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped; however, we are human and therefore if the return is due to our error or receipt of damaged goods, please contact us immediately and we will happily replace your item at no charge to you.

 

Farewell Sale items are not eligible for refund to your original payment method. A Soyful Aromas Gift Card will be issued and will be valid for the term of one (1) year.

Lastly, ALL sales are final, sorry no refunds.  We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines.

 

 

 

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC: We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail and or UPS Ground shipping.  All items ship from Northern California.  We currently offer flat-rate shipping for all locations within the United States.  NOTE: Custom and Corporate Gifts are not eligible for flat rate shipping due to quantity and weight.  Shipping will be reviewed when go over your order.  

 

Pending payment verification, please allow 5 – 7 business days for processing and shipping orders (excluding weekends, Federal, Local, and or State Holidays)..  During warmer months, we typically ship Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays) to prevent items from sitting in hot shipping trucks.  Therefore shipping times may be affected.  If expedited shipping is needed, please email us at info@soyfularomas.com prior to placing your order for pricing. 

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.  We cannot guarantee address updates after your package leaves our care. If your package has already left our care, we suggest that you contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) to try and intercept the package.  If an order is returned due to an invalid address or not picked up from a PO or UPS box, it will be processed as a return good for credit only.  Soyful Aromas is not responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with reshipment due to an incorrect address.  Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please retrieve packages as soon as possible to avoid theft or damage from environmental factors.
